Inspired by the heart and imagination of Pixar Animation Studios’ stories, this all-new adventure transforms the park into a vibrant playground where guests can enjoy carefree fun, and play like a kid this summer.
Pixar-themed experiences will unfold across the resort, from signature attractions to stage shows, parades, character encounters, and nighttime spectaculars. Guests are invited to dive into the worlds of Pixar and enjoy immersive fun from day to night, only at HKDL. Beloved pals from Toy Story, The Incredibles, Inside Out, Coco, Up, and more await guests throughout the resort in a variety of experiences, each designed to make this summer truly playful and unforgettable. Along the way, guests can also indulge in themed “eatertainment,” shop trending merchandise, and experience a dynamic entertainment line-up, including the two lively daytime parades and the all-new “Pixar Pals Spectacular,” a dazzling nighttime show that fills the sky with stories of friendship.

All-New, Unmissable “Pixar Pals Spectacular”
“Pixar Pals Spectacular” takes center stage as the pinnacle nighttime experience of “Pixar Summer Fest.” This breathtaking eight-minute show will unfold just before guests’ beloved “Momentous” nighttime spectacular, transforming the sky into a vibrant celebration of Pixar stories and inviting guests to look up as the night comes alive with wonder.
Guests will see glowing drones paint the night sky, and shimmering fountains dance. Projections ripple across the Castle of Magical Dreams to Main Street, U.S.A., while giant inflatables rise into the night, with light pulses in rhythm with the story.
Beloved characters from Toy Story, The Incredibles, Cars, Inside Out, Finding Nemo, Up, WALL·E, Monsters, Inc., and more, take flight in a luminous adventure that captures wonder, heart, and the signature Pixar touch, including appearances of new friends featured in Toy Story 5. Together, they create an unforgettable experience that celebrates friendship as the greatest adventure of all.
From Sketch to Reality: Learn to Draw & Meet Your Favorite Toy Story Pals
The brand-new Draw & Meet experience at Animation Academy blends creativity and character moments, while elevating magical encounters to a whole new level. Guests can sketch Bullseye, Lotso, or Rex, then step next door to meet them in person — where the characters strike the same pose as the drawings, as if they had stepped right off the page.
Guests can preserve these special moments by purchasing Disney Friends Draw & Meet Photo Folder, designed to hold both their drawing and photo like two sides of the same story brought together.
Splash, Dance, & Cheer Alongside Pixar Pals in Two Daytime Parades
Summer fun bursts into bigger splashes and joyful energy with the return of the “Pixar Water Play Street Party!”. Guests can dive into a wet-and-wild celebration alongside Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and Bo Beep from Toy Story, Barley and Iandore Lightfoot from Onward, Mr. And Mrs. Incredibles, Edna Mode and Frozone from The Incredibles, and more.
The excitement continues with the park’s largest-ever “Friendtastic!” parade, featuring fan-favorite Pixar-themed signature floats. Come celebrate with Woody and Buzz Lightyear riding on RC Car, Mike and Sulley on their laugh-powered float, Red Panda Mei from Turning Red dancing along on her very own stage, Joy and Sadness riding on their float full of core memories, and Carl, Russell and Dug flying by on their soaring airship.
